Where are you based?

I live in Melbourne and travel to Canberra regularly.

Do you travel for weddings?


Do you use a second shooter?

For weddings in Victoria, I currently have a a fun side-kick who carries my gear and takes a few extra snaps during important moments when I would prefer to be in two places at once!  If you would really like double coverage for your day just let me know and we can arrange for one of the many wonderful photographers I know to join in the fun.

Do we need to feed you?

Yes!  My sidekick and I need food for living!  It’s best if we sit down and eat when you do – you wouldn’t want any photos of your guests enjoying those oysters, would you?

How do we book you?

Email me with your wedding date and location!  If I’m available we’ll organise a time to meet somewhere nice for a coffee, or via Skype.  This gives a chance to talk about your plans for the day and make sure we feel like a good match.

If you would like to go ahead and book I require a $500  booking fee to secure your date.  This comes out of your total quote and the remaining amount is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding.

What do we get?

Each of my couples receives a sneak-peek online gallery followed by a USB with high and low resolution photos delivered to their home.

The number of photos you receive depends on the size of your wedding, but 50-80 photos an hour is a safe guide.

When will our photos be ready?

Your gallery will be ready within three weeks, and your USB will arrive  within six weeks of your wedding date.

Palij is a weird name!  Where’s it from?

Palij is a Ukranian name!  It’s pronounced Pal-ee!
